Ava is so blessed to have family and friends that care for her deeply. One such group is composed of her ninongs and ninangs (her godparents). When I was a kid, I rarely saw my godparents since we lived in Japan and both my ninangs lived in the Philippines while my ninongs moved to the States. So now, it's great to see Ava enjoy being in the company of her godparents.
A couple of weeks ago, Ava met with her ninongs and ninangs to have breakfast at Salcedo Market. This was Ava's first trip to the market. Unfortunately, it started to rain so we all trooped to the Salcedo Branch of The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf where we just hung out and talked and talked and talked. At the same time, everyone too turns carrying Ava.
Around lunchtime, the group decided to go to Rockwell and have lunch/merienda at Chilis Too. The nachos basket was amazing! We couldn't believe that it was actually refillable. The majority of us just ate the nachos and were happy with it. :D
We had an amazing day with Ava's ninongs and ninangs. Hopefully, there will be more days like this.
